  • The total income of the family should be less than Rs. 25,000 and should not own a four-wheeler vehicle. 

 

  • Those who are applying for the beneficiary payment of the Mo Ghara Scheme should be permanent residents of the state of Odisha. 

 

  • Those who have 5 acres of cultivable land or 15 acres of non-cultivable are not allowed to apply for the beneficiaries of the Mo Ghara Scheme. 

 

  • The family availing the loan from the Mo Ghara Scheme should not have any regular workers in the government or regular receivers of the pension amount.
