UPSSSC Junior Engineers Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: The candidate must hold a three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering certificate or a four-year Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Age: Candidate must be of the age of 18-40 years. 18 years is the minimum age and 40 years is the maximum with age relaxation for OBC and SC/ST candidates as per government norms.
UPSSSC Junior Engineers Selection Process
The selection process for UPSSSC Junior Engineers Recruitment 2024 is as follows. It is divided into three stages.
Preliminary Examination: It is a written test to shortlist candidates for the main examination. It is an MCQ-based exam, where every subject is covered.
Main Examination: It is a second exam and a more detailed written test to evaluate candidates’ technical knowledge.
Interview: The final stage, where shortlisted candidates from the main exam will be interviewed. Professional people interview the candidates and score them for the selection process.
The UPSSSC Junior Engineers exam is divided into two parts-
Paper I: Paper I is an exam of Computer Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Knowledge, General Hindi, and English. It contains 100 questions worth 300 marks and lasts for 2 hours.
Paper II: It is the main exam focused on Engineering subjects. It contains 125 questions worth 375 marks, also for 2 hours.

Visit the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission’s official website, by clicking on the https://upsssc.gov.in/.
On the homepage, navigate to the “Recruitment of JE (Civil) – 08-Exam/2024” link. This link is live right now on the website.
Click on “Apply Online”
On the next website, there is an application form. You need to provide all the required details here like name, mobile number, email ID, education, etc.
Upload the scanned copy of the required document as well as the photograph and signature.
Now the process to pay the application fee. A uniform application fee of ₹25 is applicable for all categories, regardless of category. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online by the deadline, of June 28, 2024. You can pay through UPI ID, net banking, card, etc.
After payment is done, review all the details and submit the form.
