EPFO has announced job opportunities in Delhi or Hyderabad for the different positions that are under the Information Services (IS) cadre while the candidates are on deputation.Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the posts of Joint Director, Deputy Director, and Assistant Director (24 posts).
For those who are interested in these positions, it is required that they are holding a similar position in either central or state government offices. Alternatively, such people have served specific periods in junior grades. The basic requirements for this job are having a diploma from a university offering computer applications, programming, and information technology programs among others while specialization may require further certification.
The deputation will be either to Delhi or Hyderabad depending on the specific requirements of the position. This is an opportunity for interested and qualified candidates who are computer literate among others to join the Information Services cadre with their computer applications experience. The EPFO wishes to make it known that applications must comply with the eligibility guidelines provided.
The candidates that qualify must send in their applications for consideration at the EPFO Head Office within the first 45 days after the advertisement has been posted using the right avenues. EPFO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:
Candidates will be evaluated on their qualifications, experience, and eligibility criteria for each position, based on guidelines from the Department of Personnel and Training together with the Recruitment rules of the respective cadres, at Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). Initially, the deputation period is three years but it can be extended in accordance with Department of Personnel and Training policies.EPFO can dismiss any application at its discretion without stating the grounds for rejection.

Assistant Director (IS): Assistant Director (IS) positions are vacant at EPFO, with its pay scale starting at Level 10 and ranging from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500.
